*NOW HIRING: Automotive Sales & Finance Executive - Alpha Autosports Location: Roseville, CA Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9 AM-6 PM (Sunday optional) Overview Are you passionate about cars and driven to connect customers with the perfect vehicle? Compensation * $1,000 base pay per month * $300 commission per car sold * Unlimited earning potential Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Engagement * Engage customers through walk-ins, online inquiries, outbound calls, and social media leads. * Demonstrate vehicle features clearly and confidently. * Manage the entire sales pipeline from first contact to closing the deal. * Negotiate pricing, financing options, trade-ins, warranties, and add-on services. * Provide top-tier customer service with tailored solutions. Finance & Contract Management * Handle the complete finance process: * Secure lender approvals * Sign all contracts with customers * Ensure proper funding * Organize all finance-related documents * Make sure every deal is accurate, compliant, and fully funded. Marketing & Online Presence * Take high-quality photos/videos of vehicles. * Create listings on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, etc. * Produce marketing content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. * Participate in promotional campaigns and dealership outreach. Operational & CRM Responsibilities * Utilize CRM systems for leads, follow-ups, and pipeline management. * Support B2B sales and fleet inquiries when needed. * Maintain clean and organized inventory records. * Keep detailed logs of customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities. * Collaborate with the sales team on strategies for increasing traffic and conversions. Experience & Skills * Proven experience in auto sales or retail sales with strong closings. * Experience in finance, F&I, or dealership paperwork (highly preferred). * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * CRM experience (lead tracking / follow-ups). * Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills. * Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks at once. * Familiarity with marketing strategies and automotive market trends. * Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. * Previous dealership or high-end vehicle sales experience is a big advantage.
