We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Wireless Team Member to join our San Bernardino team. In this role, you will be the face of our wireless brand--engaging directly with customers, introducing them to our client's latest wireless solutions, and helping drive overall sales growth. This position is ideal for someone who excels in face-to-face interactions, communicates with confidence, and is eager to build a long-term career in the telecommunications industry. Key Responsibilities * Engage with customers in person to understand their wireless needs and recommend the most suitable wireless solutions. * Maintain a strong working knowledge of wireless products, services, and promotions to confidently address questions and overcome objections. * Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. * Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers through proactive outreach, including events, referrals, and warm lead generation. * Manage the full customer experience--from initial conversation to closing the sale--ensuring professionalism and satisfaction at every step. * Process sales accurately and maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth. * Stay informed about wireless trends, competitor offerings, and new products to maintain a competitive advantage. Essential Qualifications * Previous success in sales or customer-facing roles. * Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. * Professional, confident, and solutions-oriented demeanor. * High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus. * Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team environment. * Comfort using CRM systems and basic sales tools.
