Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Membership Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Assistant Manager in generating new leads and sales. Duties * Assist the Assistant Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets. * Generate leads through outside marketing. * Foster a positive team environment by promoting collaboration and open communication among staff. Requirements * Proven experience in retail, fitness management or a related field. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Proficient in math for handling transactions, payroll, and inventory calculations. * Experience with wireless sales is a plus. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve diverse customer bases. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
