Duties * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities. * Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and coordinating with inventory management systems. * Utilize retail math to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans. * Implement upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that enhance the customer experience. * Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. * Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our vehicles. * Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with past customers to encourage repeat business.
