Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative will support business growth by engaging customers, generating leads, and providing product information with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities, and recommending solutions based on customer needs. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Generate leads through outbound outreach, including cold calling * Analyze sales and customer data using internal systems (e.g., Tableau) * Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement * Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs * Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain positive relationships * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback * Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and marketing initiatives Qualifications * Proven sales or customer service experience (1-3 years preferred) * Experience with CRM systems (Repsly or similar preferred) * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with strong time management skills * Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, order entry) * Bilingual (English/Arabic/Turkish) preferred Schedule & Work Environment * Full-time, Monday-Friday (Day Shift) * In-office position * Must be able to commute or relocate to the local office LI-AT1 MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
