You won't just "sell"--you'll help clients celebrate life's most important moments. * Consultative Sales: Listen to client desires and recommend the perfect handcrafted piece with confidence. * Clienteling: Nurture a loyal following through personalized follow-ups and world-class service. * Expert Knowledge: Share the story behind our diverse collections, from design features to our unique in-house craftsmanship. * Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our workshop and management team to ensure a "Main Street Luxury" experience. Who You Are: * Proven Closer: You have experience in retail sales, luxury retail, or high-end hospitality. * Jewelry Enthusiast: You have a genuine passion for fine jewelry, diamonds, and rare gemstones. * Relationship Builder: You possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly. * Flexible & Driven: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are available to work Saturdays and most holidays (Monday-Saturday operations). * Reliable: You have a dependable commute to 430 Main Street, Park City. Qualifications: * Experience in high-end sales or luxury retail (Preferred). * Basic math skills and comfort working toward sales goals. * Ability to work standing and engage with a discerning clientele.
