Job description Our firm is taking their years of retail marketing experience and launching a brand new client focused on promotional campaigns in the automotive sector. In order to successfully execute our upcoming events, we are hiring a Manager In Training immediately. The Manager In Training will be responsible for partnering with our Retail division, qualifying prospects, managing sales of products and services, executing locksmith duties and programming of car remotes. Our client is seeking to hire a Manager In Training: * Are you looking for an entry-level position to start your career in Account Management and Business Development? * Are you looking for a new opportunity, but would require training and development that most companies won't offer to entry-level candidates? * We provide an opportunity for entry level candidates and those looking for a new path to get their foot in the door with a new career. We are now filling our Entry Level Assistant Manager role. Responsibilities: * Programming keys, re-keying and cutting to code * Creating automotive keys and programming transponders * Maintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of sales * Manage on-site Inventory * Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns * Document and update customer records based on interactions Requirements : * Proven customer service and sales experience * Evaluate customer needs, recommended solutions and quickly build relationships. * Previous experience in Automotive, Installation, sales or related field preferred * Previous sales and customer service experience * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * Strong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised * Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches * Ability to lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, enter/ exit other vehicles Apply today for immediate consideration in a growing industry!
