Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Individuals with a proven track record to join our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. This role is critical in driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. Cold calling is priority. Duties * Conduct outbound calling to new and prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services. * Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities. * Utilize Excel to manage customer interactions and track sales activities. * Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. * Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. * Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. * Participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Experience * Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in B2B sales environments. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Proficiency in using Excel for managing leads and tracking sales progress. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. * A background in technical sales is a plus, along with an understanding of marketing principles. * Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
