Company Overview: Advanced Pressure and Gutter Cleaning is a leading home service company in Marietta, GA, providing gutter cleaning, repair, pressure washing, and drainage solutions to homeowners and property managers throughout Metro Atlanta. We are seeking a skilled and professional Customer Service / Phone Sales Representative to join our in-office team. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will excel in a high-volume phone environment , managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities are essential. NO COLD CALLING Key Responsibilities: * Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently * Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately * Follow up with leads and past customers to secure bookings * Provide clear and accurate information on services and scheduling * Coordinate with field teams to support timely service delivery Qualifications: * Exceptional phone communication and customer service skills * Comfortable managing heavy call volumes in a fast-paced environment * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Previous experience in customer service or phone sales preferred * Must be able to work on-site in Marietta, GA Schedule: * Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday availability * Daytime hours Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
