Company: Rapidoes LLC Location: California About the Role: Rapidoes LLC is hiring a Sales & Marketing leader to drive growth in our pharmaceutical and laboratory delivery services. Main Mission: Bring in new pharmacy and lab clients, increase revenue, and build Rapidoes as a strong medical courier brand in California You will focus on business development, sales strategy, and brand growth in the pharmacy, medical, and lab logistics space. You need to able to identify targets and close contracts main focus in : * Pharmacies * Dental labs * Medical/diagnostic labs * Clinics & hospitals * Home-care providers and related healthcare accounts * Reach prospects through * Phone calls * Email outreach * In-person visits * Industry events and networking * Prepare and present: * Proposals, pricing options, service levels, and route structures * Contracts and agreements in coordination with company leadership You are expected to bring a strong vision for the future of Rapidoes; Help plan new territories and new services, such as: * Temperature-controlled / cold-chain routes * Specialized medical/lab delivery options * Analyze * Pricing models * Margins * Route profitability and client profitability * Suggest and help implement * Know the Software tools (CRM, sales tracking, reporting) * Sales processes and KPIs to make growth predictable * Support long-term scaling * Help design and eventually build a sales team as revenue grows. Commission-Only Compensation Structure This role is commission-only, with earnings based on either gross profit or gross revenue from the accounts you bring in. We use two possible models: Option A - Commission on Gross Profit (Recommended) * 25% of gross profit from new accounts for the first 12 months * 15% of gross profit from renewal / existing accounts Option B - Commission on Gross Revenue * 6-9% of gross revenue from new accounts for the first 12 months * 4-7% of gross revenue from renewals The exact commission option and final percentages within these ranges will be agreed based on the candidate 's experience and performance expectations. This structure is designed for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, who wants high upside based on results. Required Experience & Skills: Minimum Requirements: * 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or lab courier/logistics sales. * Bringing new healthcare customers such as pharmacies, labs, hospitals, clinics, or similar. * Time-sensitive deliveries * HIPAA * Cold chain / temperature-sensitive transport * Specimen/sample handling requirements * Existing relationships with decision makers (owners, managers, purchasing, operations) in pharmacies and/or labs is a big plus. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Highly self-driven, comfortable working on a commission-only basis with no base salary. * Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think long-term and build something, not just "work a job."
