What 's in it for you? * Competitive annual salary: $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience * Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance * Hybrid schedule * 401(k) matching * Generous Paid Time Off Key Qualifications: * At least 3 years of commercial lines insurance experience * Active Property & Casualty license * Experience with Epic required * Comprehensive understanding of insurance terminology, Commercial Insurance principles, and effective risk management strategies. The Responsibilities: * Ensure all placement activities maintain regulatory compliance. * Create and present detailed submissions for strategic placement. * Negotiate and finalize policy terms with underwriters. * Provide essential technical insurance expertise throughout the process. * Ensure consistent knowledge of insurance products, market developments, and regulatory updates. * Manage the marketing process, ensure data accuracy in all agency systems, and complete policy binding.
