About Barrel & Bloom Agency Barrel & Bloom Agency is a fractional sales agency, which operates under the Fallow Collective, supporting purpose driven, emerging brands in the beverage alcohol and hospitality adjacent CPG spaces. We provide outsourced, in market sales strategy and support to help brands grow with authenticity, consistency, and care. Our Brand Growth Partners play a key role - building account relationships, growing distribution, and representing a dynamic portfolio of brands. About the Role You'll represent a small group of brands (up to 6) within your local territory. This is a great opportunity for those already working independently in the industry, or those looking to expand a flexible, sales-driven career. As our brand portfolio grows in your market, this role offers the potential for more hours and eventual full-time employment. What You'll Do * Represent a curated portfolio of brands across beverage brands, spirits, RTDs, and craft beverage categories * Open new points of distribution (PODs) in on- and off-premise accounts * Secure menu placements, staff trainings, and display/merchandising visibility * Conduct tastings, samplings, and consumer activations * Build and maintain strong relationships with account decision-makers and staff * Track progress and submit reports through our internal system * Collaborate with Barrel & Bloom leadership and Brands on execution and local strategy What We're Looking For * At least 2 years of experience in beverage alcohol sales, brand ambassadorship, or wholesale/distributor work * Strong relationships in your local market * A self-starter who enjoys being in the field and delivering results * Must be 21+ with a valid ID * Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States at the time of application. * Must have reliable transportation (and state minimum required car insurance where applicable) * Preference given to those already working as 1099 reps or managing brand portfolios Compensation & Time Commitment * Monthly stipend: (depending on market and experience) * Performance payouts tied to KPIs (PODs, menu mentions, staff trainings, etc.) * You set your own hours * Pathway to full-time employment for top performers Job Type: Contract Pay: $1,000.00 - $6,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: * Beverage sales: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Location: * Richmond, VA (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Richmond, VA (Required) Work Location: On the roadBarrel and Bloom Co.
