Position Overview We are seeking a driven and personable Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses primarily on new business development and relationship/project management , helping to bring in new clients and grow existing accounts. Reporting directly to the Lead Account Executive, this person will act as a trusted guide to prospects and clients, introducing them to the right solutions across digital, creative, and web services. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who enjoys transactional selling and building long-term client partnerships. Project execution is expected although the focus will be identifying opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring clients are supported and valued throughout the relationship. Key Responsibilities: Account Growth & Relationship Management * Bring in new business * Stay in contact with your clients after onboarding, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement * Engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services * Partner with internal teams to relay client goals and ensure smooth transitions into project execution * Help support billing accuracy and client retention efforts Internal Collaboration * Work closely with the Lead AE to maintain alignment across sales and client service * Participate in sales and strategy meetings to contribute ideas and feedback * Keep CRM and internal records up to date with all client interactions and sales activities Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in sales and business development (preferably in a marketing or advertising agency) * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Confidence in pitching creative and marketing services to diverse industries * Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and relationships * Experience using CRMs and sales tools preferred A cover letter is highly encouraged.
