Responsibilities * Engage with prospective and current clients through both inbound and outbound calls to offer our products and services. * Develop new business opportunities by leveraging marketing campaigns, community outreach, and relationship-building strategies. * Provide personalized customer service by understanding client needs, explaining policy options, and assisting with claims or policy changes. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client records, and manage follow-up activities efficiently. * Collaborate with team members to identify cross-selling opportunities to better serve our clients. * Conduct technical sales presentations over the phone or via virtual meetings to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and confidently. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements to ensure accurate guidance for clients.
