Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and current clients through both inbound and outbound calls to offer our products and services.
- Develop new business opportunities by leveraging marketing campaigns, community outreach, and relationship-building strategies.
- Provide personalized customer service by understanding client needs, explaining policy options, and assisting with claims or policy changes.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client records, and manage follow-up activities efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to identify cross-selling opportunities to better serve our clients.
- Conduct technical sales presentations over the phone or via virtual meetings to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and confidently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements to ensure accurate guidance for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to explain technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, telemarketing, or related fields.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively.
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Passion for business development, marketing strategies, and building long-term client relationships.
