If you're self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in your work, we want you on our team! * Responsibilities: * Utilizes sewer camera to discover plumbing and sewer issues in a customer's home. * Diagnoses plumbing and sewer issues, and prepares repair estimates. * Provides supervision of drain technicians * Creates and implements drain technician training plan to facilitate sewer sales process * Executes the sewer sales process to deliver repair options directly to the customer. * Creates job bids in accordance with company profit goals. * Thoroughly prepares statement of work and supporting documents to hand project off to installation team. * Communicates with customer through entire project, and ensures customer is 100% satisfied at completion of project. * Participates in training events and shares lessons learned/best practices with sewer sales team. * Rotates On-Call duty to provide after hours services to customers. * Assists customers with financing options for project. What You Will Bring: * 1- 2+ years sales experience required * 1+ years plumbing/drains experience preferred * Great Customer Service and Communication Skills * Willingness to Work as Part of a Team. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. * Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). * Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. * Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). * Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. * Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
