WHAT YOU 'LL DO: As an HVAC Service Technician , you will: * Perform diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and installations for residential and commercial HVAC systems * Deliver top-notch customer service while educating clients on their HVAC options * Work independently and as part of a team to exceed customer expectations WHAT YOU 'LL NEED: * 3+ years of residential service HVAC experience * RMGA & EPA Certification (required) * Sales & Customer Satisfaction Experience * Strong diagnostic and repair skills * Basic familiarity with technology * A goal-oriented, self-motivated attitude * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Must be local WHO WE ARE: Elevation Plumbing, Heating & Air was founded by two lifelong friends with a dream: to create a trusted, customer-first HVAC and plumbing company built on integrity, service, and excellence.
