Key Responsibilities: * Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in international and domestic freight forwarding (air, sea, and land). * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners to ensure long-term growth. * Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. * Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients. * Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. * Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to deliver seamless client experiences. Requirements: * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales. * Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and global trade processes. * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
