The role includes prospecting and managing client accounts, promoting NextPay's payment processing and POS solutions, presenting tailored solutions to prospective customers, and maintaining long-term relationships with business clients. Success in this role requires relationship building, exceeding sales targets, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service. What You 'll Do * Prospect and sign new bar & restaurant accounts * Present POS and payment solutions * Work independently (remote / field / hybrid) Ideal Candidate * Sales, hospitality, or merchant services experience preferred * Comfortable with cold outreach * Entrepreneur mindset Qualifications * Sales and communication skills: Proven experience in sales, the ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients, and strong relationship-building capabilities. * Merchant services and technology knowledge: Familiarity with payment processing, POS systems, and merchant services solutions for businesses. * Self-motivation and autonomy: A results-driven mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts. * Customer-focused skills: Dedication to providing outstanding support and creating tailored solutions to meet client needs. * Technical aptitude: Proficiency in understanding and presenting technical services, with the ability to quickly adapt to new product offerings and technologies. * Previous experience in payment processing or financial technology is a plus. * High school diploma or equivalent required Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Work from home Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Charlotte, NC
