Full description of the position

Overview The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of smaller customer accounts, guiding them through onboarding, product setup, and ongoing order support. This role bridges sales, operations, and customer success, ensuring a smooth handoff from initial sale to repeat business. This position is a customer-facing role responsible for relationship management, proactive communication, and account growth. Key Responsibilities Customer & Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned small accounts Lead new customer onboarding, including process education and expectation setting Maintain consistent communication throughout the customer lifecycle Build trust and long-term relationships with clients Order & Project Coordination Guide customers through reorders, product updates, and basic label changes Coordinate internally with Label, QA, Production, and Admin teams Ensure accurate handoffs and clear documentation of customer requests Track account activity, timelines, and next steps in internal systems Account Growth & Retention Identify opportunities for reorders, product expansions, and upgrades Support retention by proactively checking in and resolving issues Escalate complex or high-risk issues to senior team members when needed Market and Product knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions Develop and maintain an in depth knowledge of the company, our capabilities, and product line Collaboration, reporting and communication Answer all emails and calls in a timely manner Maintain accurate and update to date information in all required platforms, including but not limited to ERP and CRM Work with Sales Admin team closely during the sales process Work with our business development team Work closely with various cross functional teams in the building.
