Job Summary Woods & Associates Insurance Agency is hiring seasoned insurance sales professionals in Georgia. This is a performance-driven role for an agent who can quote, follow up, and close consistently--while delivering an excellent client experience and building a strong book of business. Responsibilities * Sell and service insurance policies while identifying cross-sell opportunities * Conduct needs-based consultations and explain coverage options clearly * Quote efficiently, follow up consistently, and close business daily * Accurately document activity in CRM and follow agency workflows * Build long-term client relationships that drive renewals and retention Requirements * Active Georgia insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly) * 2+ years of insurance sales experience (agency or carrier) * Proven track record of hitting production goals * Strong phone presence and consultative selling skills * Consistent daily activity: calls, quotes, follow-ups, pipeline management Compensation * $30,000 base salary * 10% commission on written premium What We Offer * Proven sales process, scripts, and training * Ongoing coaching and support * Growth path into senior producer/team lead roles * Leads available (role dependent) Schedule * Monday-Friday, business hours (flexibility for high performers) Pay: $60,864.29 - $97,384.95 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Flexible schedule * Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GA 30305
