Job Summary

Woods & Associates Insurance Agency is hiring seasoned insurance sales professionals in Georgia. This is a performance-driven role for an agent who can quote, follow up, and close consistently--while delivering an excellent client experience and building a strong book of business.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service insurance policies while identifying cross-sell opportunities
• Conduct needs-based consultations and explain coverage options clearly
• Quote efficiently, follow up consistently, and close business daily
• Accurately document activity in CRM and follow agency workflows
• Build long-term client relationships that drive renewals and retention

Requirements

• Active Georgia insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• 2+ years of insurance sales experience (agency or carrier)
• Proven track record of hitting production goals
• Strong phone presence and consultative selling skills
• Consistent daily activity: calls, quotes, follow-ups, pipeline management

Compensation

• $30,000 base salary
