Position Overview: iCRYO is an upscale wellness retailer offering cryotherapy, infrared therapy, body sculpting, IV therapy, and more. As our Sales Associate, you'll bring energy and passion for wellness, be ready to assist guests the moment they arrive, and deliver top-tier service through social media marketing and participation in community events. You'll also stay informed about our offerings, uphold safety protocols, and collaborate closely with the team. Qualifications: * Passion or experience in health and wellness (preferred) * Availability: Minimum 15-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends * Ability to pass a series of iCRYO service exams post-training * Excellent time management, judgment, and multi-tasking * Outstanding guest service skills, with problem-solving ability * Capacity to educate guests effectively on services * Meet or exceed daily sales goals * Professional appearance and positive demeanor * Effective communication and teamwork * Ongoing education commitment * Maintain clean and inviting center standards * 2-3 years of retail sales experience preferred icryoedgewateril.applytojob.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Are you available to work nights and weekends?
