As we expand throughout the Sacramento area, we're looking for an Entry Level Account Manager who's passionate about people, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a leadership role. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of AT&T's customer experience--meeting customers face-to-face, identifying their needs, and offering tailored fiber and wireless solutions that fit their lifestyle. This role combines hands-on customer interaction with sales and account management training, giving you the opportunity to develop real-world business and communication skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities * Engage directly with customers in-person to identify their needs and provide tailored AT&T service solutions through in-person consultations. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T's wireless, fiber, and promotional offers to effectively position products and drive results. * Collaborate with your Account Management team and leadership to develop and implement effective outreach and sales strategies. * Track leads and manage follow-ups, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales cycle and achieving strong customer satisfaction. * Prioritize daily goals and manage time efficiently to meet performance targets and contribute to team success. Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications * Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required--training is provided. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face. * Highly motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a drive to exceed goals. * Team player with the ability to collaborate and support shared objectives. * Experience with mobile order entry or CRM systems is helpful but not mandatory.
