Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Identify and establish relationships with new clients, while nurturing existing accounts. * Conduct on-site evaluations to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * Present and demonstrate our range of plumbing and drain products and services to prospective clients. * Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations in a timely manner. * Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues. * Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. * Maintain organized records of sales interactions and transactions using CRM software. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, in the plumbing or related industry. * Strong understanding of plumbing systems and products. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Proficient in CRM software, Service Titan. * A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
