Pay: This job opportunity is 100% commission, only. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and customers - Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers - Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and expand customer base - Utilize sales management software to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline Requirements: - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong sales management skills with the ability to close deals effectively - Previous experience in outside sales is preferred - Proficient in basic math calculations for processing transactions - Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Familiarity with sales management software is a plus - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement.
