The UPS Store is a leader in our industry with over 5000 locations nationwide making it the largest print and pack & ship retailer in the nation. Located in the Innsbrook at Glen Allen, locally owned and operated, we're now hiring seasonal part time and/or full time store associates to help us keep growing and handle the upcoming holiday season. This is not UPS corporate job. It is a retail store position, NOT a warehouse or corporate position. This is a seasonal position for the months of Nov 2025 - Jan 2025 with the potential for ongoing employment (permanent position after the peak season) based on the job performance. Responsibilities: * Receive and process packages for shipment. * Operate equipment such as (on-the-job training will cover these): copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, etc. * Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. * Assist customers with requests in-store and on the phone. * Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers. * Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner * Keeping store clean and organized at all times for an efficient and professional workplace. Qualifications: * Ability to maintain a professional appearance. * Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must. * Preferred high school diploma/GED. * Ability to work well on a team. * Prior customer service experience preferred. * Flexibility with scheduling. * Punctuality and accountability when arriving at work.
