This is a call-center-based position focused on B2B customer service, handling both outbound and inbound sales calls. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction while handling data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities * Handle outbound B2B sales calls to build relationships with new and existing clients. * Manage inbound sales calls, assisting customers with product inquiries and order placements. * Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client needs professionally and promptly. * Accurately enter customer data, sales orders, and account details into the system. * Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with clients. * Support branch operations by collaborating with team members and other departments. * Maintain an organized workspace to ensure smooth call center operations. Qualifications * Required: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Basic proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computer systems. * Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Preferred: * Prior experience in a call center or B2B sales environment. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
