Work Now Staffing is on the hunt for a full-time Selling Branch Manager to oversee our branch operations in Bolingbrook, lead an outstanding team, and ensure our daily operations run seamlessly. Pay: $65,000+ based on experience Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Location: Bolingbrook, IL Must be local to apply Only apply if you have experience managing a staffing agency in a temporary labor market specializing in light industrial and administrative staffing. Staffing/Selling Branch Manager Summary: The key to this role is driving temporary and direct hire revenue growth to meet or exceed our branch budget. Staffing/Selling Branch Manager Description and Qualifications: * Self-Motivated & Driven to Succeed: You thrive on achieving goals and pushing boundaries. * Recruiting/Hiring & Staffing Experience: A solid background in the staffing industry, especially in a temporary labor market. * Management Experience: At least 5 years in a staffing environment, leading teams to excellence. * Communication Skills: Stellar written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging at all organizational levels. * Daily Operations Oversight: Ensure top-tier service, sales, and professionalism for clients and team members. * Candidate Identification: Utilize various methods like job postings, resume searches, and networking to find top talent. * Client Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and efficient filling of client orders. * Applicant Process Management: Oversee the applicant process and follow up with clients regularly. * Policy Adherence: Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and business ethics. * Performance Standards: Ensure staff meets and exceeds performance benchmarks. Staffing Branch Manager Desired Experience: * Staffing Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in staffing, with experience in recruiting, hiring, and staffing. * Bilingual (English/Spanish): A plus, but not required. * Team Building & Retention: Proven ability to grow and retain a strong team. * Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges head-on. * Sales Team Management: Experience managing a sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
