Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Jewelry Sales Manager to lead our retail team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our jewelry department. Duties * Supervise and train sales associates to ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various jewelry items. * Manage inventory through effective stocking and merchandising strategies to maximize sales potential. * Utilize POS systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cashiering and cash handling practices. * Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase overall sales. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor that reflects the brand's image and values. * Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. * Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies that drive traffic and boost sales. * Analyze retail math metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods sector. * Supervising experience is essential for leading a team effectively. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly manner. * Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. * Proficient in basic math skills necessary for cash handling and retail transactions. * Familiarity with merchandising principles and effective stocking practices. * Demonstrated ability in upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction. * Previous experience with POS systems is required for efficient transaction processing. * A background in grocery store environments is a plus but not mandatory. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
