Full description of the position

One on one interactions with customers providing shoe knowledge to help them reach their intended goal. More educating and informing the consumer so that they can make a conscious decision without feeling pressured. The ideal candidate will be expected to be able to perform the following: * Evaluate a customers needs by asking questions to discover the customers fitness goals. * Evaluate a customers current athletic ability by performing a gait analysis (we will train you how to properly do this). * Learn about products we carry especially our running shoes to accurately recommend shoes to customers based off of what will help them prevent injuries and improve their performance. * When there is downtime between customers, making sure products are placed back into inventory properly, wipe down and sanitize check out area once completed with sale. We require some level of sales experience or retail experience. Runners are encouraged to apply though its not a prerequisite to be considered for this position. This is a part-time position that can lead to a full time position.
