Job Summary: Symphona Technology is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Business Development Professional to aid in selling technology solutions that help businesses grow and succeed. Key Responsibilities: Generate Business Opportunities * Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach * Qualify potential clients and identify their IT needs, challenges, and goals * Create and deliver tailored proposals to secure new business * Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal Technology Solution Sales * Present and sell a full range of technology hardware and solutions, including: * Computers and servers * Network equipment * Cloud hosting * Managed IT services * VoIP solutions * Explain technical concepts in a clear, concise manner * Match products and services to client Customer Relationship Management * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers * Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention * Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding current services * Serve as a trusted advisor for clients' ongoing technology needs Internal Collaboration * Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and onboarding of solutions sold * Communicate customer requirements clearly to internal teams for implementation * Coordinate on timelines and project expectations to meet customer satisfaction goals Performance & Reporting * Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance targets * Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline progress * Report regularly to the Partner on goals, activities, and outcomes * Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings Qualifications & Skills * A minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry * A proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * A strong knowledge of IT products and services, and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer: * A base salary and commission * A generous bonus structure based on performance and customer satisfaction * A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(K) plan, and paid time off * A flexible work schedule * A friendly and collaborative team culture along with supportive management * A chance to grow your skills and advance your career in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
