Account Manager - Insurance Brokerage Location: Tinley Park, IL Employment Type: Full-Time Recruiting Partner: SVS Group About the Opportunity SVS Group is partnering with a well-established Insurance Brokerage in Tinley Park, Illinois to identify an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This individual will manage an assigned book of business, support Producers, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, insurance knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities * Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy updates, renewals, and coverage questions * Manage and service a designated book of business with a focus on retention and growth * Prepare quotes, renewal documents, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and proposals * Review policy documents for accuracy and ensure timely delivery * Work closely with Producers to support new business and cross-selling opportunities * Coordinate with carriers on underwriting, coverage changes, pricing, and policy issuance * Maintain accurate client files and documentation in the agency management system * Provide claims assistance and follow-up as needed * Offer proactive recommendations regarding coverage needs, risk exposures, and policy improvements Qualifications * 2+ years of insurance account management experience (agency or brokerage preferred) * Active Illinois Property & Casualty License required * Strong understanding of insurance coverages, terminology, and markets * Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills * High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities * Experience with Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar systems is a plus * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits * Competitive salary offered by the client * Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k) * Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth Pay: $58,496.98 - $70,447.98 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
