Automotive Sales Associate We're looking for a motivated, people-driven individual to join our growing Sales Team at Oakes Auto Group! Compensation: Base + commission (earning potential varies by performance) Location: Oakes GMC, Kansas City, MO What You 'll Do * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers * Engage in consultative selling -- listening to customer needs and recommending the best vehicle solutions * Become an expert in our new and pre-owned inventory, including trim levels, features, technology, and financing options * Provide high-quality, professional product demonstrations and test drives * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business * Work closely with management to track goals and performance * Maintain a professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude every day What We 're Looking For * Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills * Competitive, self-motivated mindset and eagerness to learn * Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction * Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Oakes Auto Group At Oakes Auto Group, we're growing fast and investing in our people.
