Responsibilities * Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations * Engage with customers professionally, addressing their needs, answering questions, and promoting additional products through upselling techniques * Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including invoices and route logs, ensuring all records are complete and up-to-date * Conduct merchandising activities at customer locations to ensure proper product placement and presentation * Manage heavy lifting 30-60 pounds tasks to load and unload products efficiently while following safety protocols * Optimize route efficiency through effective planning and organization to meet delivery schedules * Communicate effectively with customers to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service Skills * Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record and strong knowledge of route driving best practices * Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members * Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining positive customer relationships * Knowledge of merchandising standards to enhance product visibility at customer sites * Physical strength for lifting tasks involved in loading/unloading cargo safely * Exceptional organizational skills to manage routes efficiently and maintain accurate records * Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and teamwork mindset Embrace this opportunity to energize your career by combining your driving expertise with sales-driven enthusiasm!
