The Wireless Customer Service and Sales Associate position is built for individuals ready to begin a career in sales and customer service. This role gives you hands-on exposure to AT&T's products, real-world sales environments, and the foundational skills needed to grow quickly. As a Wireless Customer Service and Sales Associate, your focus will be on helping customers understand their wireless options, assisting them through sign-ups and upgrades, and strengthening every customer service interaction. Responsibilities

- Assist with daily customer service needs, from answering questions to walking customers through device and plan options.

- Work alongside a team leads to understanding how sales goals are set, tracked, and achieved.
