Bilingual BDC Representative Job type * Full-time Shift and schedule * Weekends as needed * Evenings as needed Location Chicago, IL 60659 Job Summary : The Bilingual BDC Associate at CDJR Of Chicago is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving traffic and providing excellent customer service. This individual contributor role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales. As a Bilingual BDC Associate, you will work closely with our Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to generate and convert leads into appointments. This is a full-time, hourly position located in Chicago, Illinois. Compensation & Benefits: In addition to competitive hourly pay, the Bilingual BDC Associate position at CDJR Of Chicago offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans, paid time off. * Responsibilities* : * Respond to and follow-up on customer inquiries and leads via email, phone calls, and texts. * Utilize dealership's CRM system to track leads and manage customer interactions * Schedule appointments for Sales Managers and Sales Representatives with interested customers * Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and set up appointments for vehicle test drives * Work closely with team members to meet and exceed sales goals * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Requirements : * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Must speak Spanish as well as English. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency with computer and CRM systems. * Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. * Valid driver's license or state ID EEOC Statement: CDJR Of Chicago is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
