Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This pivotal role will support our sales efforts by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring exceptional communication with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations. * Coordinate customer orders from initial inquiry through to delivery and follow-up. * Liaise with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, customer service) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. * Assist in the planning and execution of sales campaigns, events, and product launches. * Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: * Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative role (experience in tech or B2B preferred). * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
