Pay: $22-$25/hr + Commission Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time Location: Corona, CA (Inland Empire) About the Job We're hiring a Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team in Corona, CA. This is an on-site sales role ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, outbound calling, cold calling, lead generation, account management, and business development. If you're motivated, organized, and want a long-term career in sales, we want to hear from you. What You 'll Do (Sales + Customer Service + Lead Generation) * Make daily outbound calls (25-35) to warm and cold leads * Build strong relationships with new and existing customers * Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend solutions * Support key accounts and help maximize ROI * Work with Marketing on sales materials and promotions * Use CRM tools to track calls, follow-ups, and sales activity * Assist customers with orders, pricing, and product questions * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly inside sales goals Keywords: inside sales, outbound sales, cold calling, customer service, account management, lead generation, business development, sales representative, sales associate, entry-level sales.
