Job Overview Maximum Roofing Solutions is looking for a motivated and energetic Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a driven individual who enjoys working with homeowners and builders, building relationships, and helping clients protect their homes and properties with quality roofing solutions. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with customers, providing estimates, and closing sales. No roofing experience is required--we will train the right candidate. Responsibilities * Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation * Meet with homeowners and builders to evaluate roofing needs * Perform roof inspections and provide professional recommendations * Prepare accurate estimates and proposals * Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution * Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports Qualifications * Strong communication and customer service skills * Sales experience preferred (construction or home services a plus) * Self-motivated and goal-oriented * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Basic computer and smartphone skills * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
