What You'll Do * Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and online chat, uncovering customer needs and delivering tailored product recommendations. * Conduct outbound outreach when needed to nurture opportunities and grow accounts. * Open new customer accounts and ensure accurate, up-to-date recordkeeping within our CRM. * Provide quotes, follow-up communication, and end-to-end support through the sales cycle. * Partner with technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve product questions or issues. * Clearly communicate the value and capabilities of Monnit's IoT solutions to end users and small-to-medium businesses. * Maintain thorough documentation of interactions, opportunities, and outcomes.
