Standard Plumbing is among the largest family owned and operated Plumbing, Heating, Sprinkler, and Hardware wholesalers in the Western United States. With over 100 locations in 9 Western States, we're growing fast and looking for motivated individuals to join our team. If this sounds like you, we need you on our team of great people! We are looking for a driven individual to work the HVAC counter. This individual will work closely with contractors by providing solutions to their everyday needs. There are sales commissions and base hourly wage for all sales representatives. Fun atmosphere and opportunities to move up. Attitude and work ethic prove to be bigger factors of success over industry experience.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies inventory
• Assist customers with product questions, troubleshooting, and locating needed items
• Operate and manage the HVAC counter, ensuring efficient daily workflow
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support sales activities, including quoting, order entry, and product recommendations
• Ensure accurate stock levels, organization, and documentation
• Collaborate with branch staff and/or branch manager to ensure smooth customer service and operations Required Skills and

Qualifications

• HVAC industry knowledge
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in sales or counter service preferred
• Ability to manage inventory and stay organized
• Basic computer skills (order entry, inventory systems)
• Must be able to lift and carry ~50 lbs on a frequent and/or repetitive basis Final Comments:
• Base pay and commissions included (no cap) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
