Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's & the out's of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology * Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new vehicles * Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business. * Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations * Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. * Opportunity for bonus earnings at our other Moritz Dealerships Sales Team Associate Qualifications * Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram or other New vehicle sales experience * Automotive,RV,Motorcycle,or Recreational vehicle sales experience * Selling tangible or intangible products and are fed up with the hours and cold calls * Determined and motivated to sell and control your destiny * Driven to succeed long term in a field that will not disappear * Available to work just an 8 hour shift daily with just a 5 day work week * Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit * Ready to waste no time on learning new product in's and out's, eager to improve * Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance * Clean driving record and valid driver's license * Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen About Us The Moritz Automotive Companies enjoy a history of excellence and are an established group of family owned automobile dealerships.
