We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven, and customer-focused Part-Time Firearms Sales Associate for a pawn shop specializing in firearm sales, transfers, and accessories. Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service
• Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend firearms, accessories, and related products
• Drive sales through strong product knowledge, add-on sales, and exceptional service
• Complete firearm transactions in full compliance with ATF, state, and local laws
• Accurately complete ATF Form 4473 and background check procedures
• Process pawn loans, buy/sell transactions, and redemptions
• Safely handle, inspect, and secure firearms at all times
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Build repeat business through trust, professionalism, and communication

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Knowledge of firearms and firearm safety practices
• Ability to follow strict legal and regulatory procedures
• Reliable attendance with flexible availability (including weekends)
