Summary All Access Wireless is a nationwide master agent for AT&T Prepaid, Cricket, Gen Mobile, MobileX, and Home Fiber/Wireless Internet, and more. We help cell phone stores across the U.S. with activations, SIMs, modems, commissions, and onboarding. We are growing and hiring a Part-Time Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Position Overview The Inside Sales Rep / Sales Assistant will make outbound phone calls, follow up with store owners, and help bring new dealers into our network. This is a part-time, flexible position -- perfect for someone who is motivated, organized, and strong on the phone. Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to cell phone stores * Follow up with leads, previous dealers, and warm lists * Promote our wireless brands and monthly incentives * Assist new dealers with sign-up and onboarding * Update CRM notes (Zoho) and maintain follow-up tasks * Support management with daily/weekly outreach goals * Explain commissions, bonuses, and dealer benefits * Help drive activations across AT&T Prepaid, Cricket, Gen Mobile, MobileX, etc. Requirements * Bilingual English / Spanish is a MUST * Strong phone communication and rapport-building skills * Organized, reliable, and able to follow a sales script * Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM) * Call center or sales experience is a plus * Wireless industry experience helpful but not required Schedule & Compensation Schedule: * Part-Time * Flexible hours -- you can work around your availability Compensation: * Hourly pay * Bonuses & commissions for sign-ups and activations Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
