Join Our Team as Director of Sales at Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Airport! Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving revenue in the hospitality industry? We're seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts at the Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Airport --a premier 3-star hotel conveniently located just minutes from Colorado Springs Airport (COS), with easy access to Peterson Air Force Base, Pikes Peak views, and popular attractions like Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and the World Arena. In this key leadership role, you'll develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize group, corporate, and transient business, build strong relationships with local businesses, military accounts, event planners, and travel partners, while overseeing the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets in our vibrant, airport-adjacent location.
