Key Responsibilities: - Service personal lines accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, renters insurance, etc. - Assist clients with endorsements, billing, and claims. - Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support. - Work closely with insurance carriers to process endorsements, and claims. - Maintain accurate records and documentation for each client account in the agency management system. - Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to ensure clients have comprehensive coverage. - Stay current on industry trends, coverage options, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Bi-Lingual is a plus! - Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required (or willingness to obtain within 6 months). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional setting in a customer service role. - Strong communication, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
