Duties * Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce AT&T products and services to residential customers. * Effectively communicate the benefits of AT&T offerings, including internet, TV, and wireless plans. * Utilize sales techniques such as negotiation, warm calling, and business development strategies to close sales. * Manage customer inquiries professionally, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce. * Follow up with potential clients via outbound calling and telemarketing methods to maximize sales opportunities. * Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. * Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings to enhance sales effectiveness. Experience * Prior experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided. * Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to handle customer objections effectively. * Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus. * Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Experience in technology sales or technical sales is advantageous but not mandatory. * Proven ability to develop new business through outbound calling and marketing strategies. * Customer service experience is highly valued, emphasizing professionalism and relationship-building abilities.
