We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, demonstrating product features, and maintaining a well- organized sales floor. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, including phone etiquette for incoming calls.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
• Supervise junior staff or new hires when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Demonstrated ability in upselling and product knowledge is highly desirable.
