Position Overview A driven, technically inclined Sales Manager is sought to manage and grow sales across a national territory. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with existing customers, expanding market presence within targeted industries, and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of rheological and material testing equipment. Target Markets The Sales Manager will focus on expanding market penetration within the following sectors: * Plastics and polymer manufacturing * Chemical and petrochemical industries * Material science and analytical laboratories * Automotive and aerospace suppliers * Packaging and film producers * Medical device and healthcare materials * Academic and research institutions Key Responsibilities * Manage all sales activities within a national territory, including strategic planning, lead generation, and customer engagement * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and technical partners * Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and application discussions tailored to customer requirements * Identify new business opportunities across target industries and emerging markets * Collaborate closely with internal technical and service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction * Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, promoting new technologies and solutions * Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses as required * Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and competitive positioning Qualifications * Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within instrumentation, materials testing, laboratory equipment, polymers, or related industries * Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and material science applications * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills * Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally * Self-motivated with strong organizational, strategic planning, and territory management skills Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary * Performance-based bonus structure tied to individual and company sales objectives * Car allowance provided for work-related travelSaberus Inc.
